Awards ranging in value are available to students entering or currently registered in two year diploma or applied degree programs. The awards recognize outstanding students who show strong commitment to their field of study, and are making positive contributions to their community. The Irving K. Barber British Columbia Scholarship Society supports post-secondary education by providing scholarships for students attending public post-secondary institutions. The current awards available can be viewed Irving K. Barber Scholarships

* This application is only for students who will be attending a Study Abroad program in 2012

Bursaries:

VIU Students enrolled Fall 2011 & Spring 2012 semesters

• Tuition Bursary - July 1, 2011 (deadline October 31, 2011)
• General Bursary - November 1, 2011 (deadline January 31, 2012)

Scholarships & Awards:

Students who will be entering VIU for the first time in the Fall 2012 semester

• January 15, 2012 (deadline March 15, 2012)
