Develop and prepare lessons; instruct, assess and grade student achievement in the Management discipline with a focus in labour relations and human resource management at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Candidates must demonstrate commitment to teaching, learning and student success through scholarship and institutional service. Successful candidates will participate in a wide range of activities outside the classroom, including student support; institutional, faculty and departmental committee meetings and other initiatives; and professional activities in keeping with their disciplines in and outside the institution.

| Required Qualifications: |
A doctoral degree (or ABD) in the field of Management with a focus supportive of the noted instructional areas from an appropriately accredited institution; requisite recent experience and expertise in teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the noted subject areas; relevant industry or business experience; record of engaging in scholarly activity. A strong focus on teaching and student learning, demonstrated competency working effectively in a team-oriented environment and responsive to diverse learning styles, cultural and academic backgrounds. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
A doctoral degree; international business experience; relevant research presentations and publications; professional memberships; relevant applied certifications. |
