Develop and prepare lessons, instruct, assess and grade students in diverse areas of specialization of the Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree and related program areas. We are seeking an individiual interested in growing with the department.
Candidates must demonstrate commitment to teaching, learning and student success through scholarship and institutional service. Successful candidates will participate in a wide range of activities outside the classroom, including student support; institutional, faculty and departmental committee meetings and other initiatives; and professional activities in keeping with their disciplines in and outside the institution.
Masters degree in Hospitality Management, or a closely related field, from an appropriately accredited institution; relevant knowledge of the hospitality industry evidenced by substantial professional work experience in the industry. Additionally, the candidate will have been active in facilitating, training, or mentoring others through their management, teaching and/or leadership roles.|
Doctorate (or ABD) from an accredited institution with a specialization in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline.|
