• We know your time is valuable. Arrangements to have an intern are straightforward and effortless - paperwork is kept to a minimum and Internship Coordinators are available to assist with whatever you need to make the process as easy as possible.

• We have designed the program so the time commitment to supervise the student is manageable even for the busiest organization. All projects should be self-led and only require your attention at start-up with appropriate feedback throughout.

• No organization is too small to work with an MBA intern. We have worked with businesses ranging from small start-ups to large, established corporations.

• VIU MBA Internship Coordinators and Business Faculty members will provide you with support and monitor your intern's progress.

• Compensation for the intern's work is optional.

• Internships start in July or November and last for 16 weeks (varies depending on your business needs).
