Areas of Responsibility

  • Work collaboratively with Services for Aboriginal Students to facilitate an effective communication flow between faculties, regional campuses and service units.
  • Coordinate and develop new teams to sustain ongoing program innovation
  • Develop and manage the Department of Aboriginal Education
  • Facilitate and provide leadership for the development and implementation of a strategic plan for the department and student success within the institution
  • Developing a plan for a “Gathering Place” to be built on the Nanaimo Campus
