Your Student Record

All Vancouver Island Students have access to their student record via the internet.

Accessing your student record allows your to:

  • Check your timetable
  • Check your grades
  • Check to see if you have fees owing
  • Pay the fees owing
  • Change your personal information
  • Print off your annual tax receipt
  • Print off unofficial transcripts
  • And more ...

All students are encouraged to keep their personal information up-to-date. If you check your student record and something does not seem right and you are not able to resolve it yourself, let us know and we will look into it for you.
