9 am to 3 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

10:30 to 3 pm on Wednesdays

Please call to confirm drop-in availability.

Scheduled appointments are 30 minutes.

“Drop-in” sessions are 15 minutes and are on a first-come/first seen basis. Please call to confirm drop-in hours. If further time is required, you may book an appointment for a follow-up appointment at a later date. You can also request a telephone interview if it is difficult for you to make it to campus for an appointment.
