At Vancouver Island University (VIU) Assessment Services, we provide a welcoming, technologically advanced testing environment for professional examination invigilation and program assessment services for:

• VIU programs
• students attending other colleges and universities
• other educational organizations
• corporate clients (including groups)

We subscribe to the National College Testing Association Professional Standards and Guidelines for Post-Secondary Test Centres.

All assessment services are available at the Nanaimo, Cowichan and Powell River campuses. The Parksville Centre provides placement testing only for their Academic and Career Preparation courses and NIDES exams.
