Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings of the Vancouver Island University Board of Governors are normally held on the fourth Thursday of every month, with the exception of April, July, and August when meetings are at the call of the Chair. Nanaimo Board meetings are held in the Library Board Room in Building 305, Room 507, and normally start at 4 pm. Committee meetings are held in the afternoon on a rotational basis the day before the Regular Board meeting.
