Fees: Credit-Based Undergraduate Programs

Description of Fees and Rates for domestic students:

Tuition: $131.21 per credit hour:
– $393.63 per 3-credit course per semester
– $524.84 per 4-credit course, per semester
Student Activity fee: $5.25 per credit.
VIU Students' Union fee: $17.25 per month.
Health and Dental Plan fee: $286 per year; this fee is only in effect for full–time students at the Nanaimo Campus.
Other fees: Some courses have additional fees to pay for extraordinary class–related expenses.
