Bellydance for Beginners
Explore this ancient cultural dance from its roots on up to today's modern fusions. Instructor Ramona provides a fun dance work out with information on the people, regions and rhythms that make up what we call 'bellydance'. The original core workout. Wear comfortable clothing & a hip scarf (scarves will be available to purchase in class).

This is an introduction to hip hop perfect for beginners, or more experienced dancers! This program includes choreography (in the form of different combos), a basic introduction to technique, and different Hip Hop funk styles. Participants can expect to gain a greater understanding of Hip Hop culture, a taste of various Hip Hop styles, and a great workout!

You will not only have a great time exercising to the moves of Salsa, Merengue, Cha cha, Reggaeton, Mambo and more, you will also enjoy a workout that is designed to tone your waist, hips, core buttucks and legs. Get your groove on with the spicy rhythms of Latin Fi! Enjoy a fun and energetic fitness class that will have you burning up those stubborn calories in no time. This is a fantastic cardio workout!

Party Dance N’ Groovin’
Learn to seriously dance from the winner of the dance contest at Campus Rec's Rock the Boat 2012 - AJ! AJ is ready to teach you his amazing and different party dances with different grooves, combos, concepts and routines. This class is filled with high energy, free style dance and the ultimate opportunity to show off to your friends! Be prepared to sweat and by the end of the series, AJ guarantees you will be able to do a dozen party dances! This hip hop class welcomes all skill levels and types of dancers.
