Schedule of Events:VIU Campus Rec presents the 3rd annual “Gutter Chaos” Bowling Tourney. For decades we have been running the “Hack and Whack Golf Scramble in the Spring and we felt it was time to offer a winter staff tournament. The past “Gutter Chaos” events were a huge success and we are excited to make this year even better. The tournament will take place Friday, Dec.3rd from 4:30pm- 8pm. The tournament will take place at Splitsville Bowling Alley which is located behind the Jingle Pot Pub. The tournament is open for ALL employees at VIU. There will be tons of draw prizes, prizes for individual high scores, team awards as well as prizes for the best and most unique team costume. The tourney will be a great opportunity to get together with fellow employees where we can all relax, have some fun and laughs and do something a little less serious than we all are used to. Space is limited to 12 teams so clear your schedule, get your team together and register early!
Registration Information:
* Registrations will be accepted by Claudette Dodd in the Student Activities Office (second floor Building 190 (Gymnasium) -- Room 201). Cash or cheque made out to VIU only please.
* REGISTRATION: Monday, Nov.22nd, 2010 starting at 11:00am
* Complete teams of 5(minimum two women per team) are registered on a first come first served basis as fees are submitted. Remember to include your team name when registering.
* Please do not call ahead to reserve space. Reservations will not be accepted.
* Registering in person is required. We will accept 12 teams. This event will fill quickly so do not wait!
* Entry deadline Friday, Nov 26 . Entry fees will not be refunded after this date.

Five Player Teams - 6:00 p.m. start
The “Gutter Chaos” Bowling Tourney is a 2 game combined score format consisting of five player teams. Each team must have at least two female bowlers.
4:15 p.m. Shuttle service leaves VIU
- Let Claudette (local 6413) know if you need a ride a.s.a.p.
4:30 p.m. Arrive at Splitsville Bowling alley (behind Jingle pot Pub)
4:30-6 p.m. Dinner at the Jingle Pot Pub
6-8 p.m. Tournament begins
Format: - five players per team (minimum two women per team)
- Prizes for the best dressed teams!
Cost: $30.00 per player. Includes bowling, shoe rental, dinner and tons of prizes.
