Aerobic & Strength Class Descriptions
Body Transformation
If you want someone to push your limits and work your body to where it will transform to a strong well rounded athlete, then this is the class for you. This class will use free weights/bands and body weight to burn those calories away with a fun and intense atmosphere. Shock your body into going where your mind wants it to go. This is an all level workout as you have control of the weights being used. A person looking to increase muscle size or for an extreme calorie burn, this class is for you! Instructor: Mike James
Bootcamp
Join us for a high energy workout out in the open air. This is a fun-filled hour dedicated to functional training that will improve your every day life. Class will focus on total body strengthening, improving agility, increasing cardiovascular fitness, and developing a stronger core. Get away from boring workouts and give your body & mind a boost. This bootcamp is for all levels of fitness. Be sure to bring water! Instructor: Diana Dube
Butts and Guts
One hour totally dedicated to the strengthening and toning of the core of the body and glutes. This class is a progressive class and is best for a moderate to advanced level of fitness. Equipment will be used. This is a non cardio class but appropriate exercise footwear and clothing would be highly recommended. Come prepared to sweat.

Sunrise Cycle
This is a great way to start your day. 45 minutes of riding through the French country side with the occasional race up a hill to a café for a small break then full out back down the hill. If that sounds like fun then this is the class for you. You have full control of the tension on your bike so you get what you want out of the class. Instructor: Mike James
Spin and Core
The best of both worlds!! 30 minutes of great cardio with 30 minutes of core strengthening. Class starts off with a variety of spinning bike workouts that will get you sweating buckets and will challenge your biking skills. You have control of the tension and how hard you work. We move from exercise to exercise working the core in many different directions and you will be laughing while you do it. Having fun and core can go together!! Instructor: Mike James
Women’s Only Circuit Training
Have you ever entered the weight room of a gym only to immediately feel intimidated by Mr. Muscles beside you bench pressing four times your weight? Ever wished you could work out in comfortable surroundings without feeling pressured to perform? If you can answer yes to one or both of those questions, this class is for you. Come out, join the girls, and achieve your goals in a low pressure, high energy class! Instructor: Diana Dube
Kickboxing
This is a great class to knock out routine boredom and blast fat all over with a combination of muscle sculpting kickboxing routines. Come out and release stress, while you punch and kick out all your frustrations of the day. We will incorporate proper kickboxing techniques utilizing gloves and pads, mixed with some high intensity cardio intervals. You will leave this class feeling strong and invigorated!
