Aerobic & Strength Class Descriptions

Beginner Bootcamp(Outdoor)

Join us for a high energy workout out in the open air. This is a fun-filled hour dedicated to functional training that will improve your every day life. Class will focus on total body strengthening, improving agility, increasing cardiovascular fitness, and developing a stronger core. Get away from boring workouts and give your body & mind a boost. This bootcamp is for all levels of fitness. Be sure to bring water! Instructor: Jen Rudy

TBC: Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning is a progressive toning class. A wide variety of equipment will be utilized over the program. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, modifications are provided. This is a non cardio class but appropriate exercise footwear and clothing would be highly recommended. Come prepared to sweat. Instructor: Alison O’Beirne

Butts and Guts II

One hour totally dedicated to the strengthening and toning of the core of the body and glutes. This class is a progressive class and is best for a moderate to advanced level of fitness. Equipment will be used. This is a non cardio class but appropriate exercise footwear and clothing would be highly recommended. Come prepared to sweat. Instructor: Alison O’Beirne

Butts & Guts I

Butts and Guts is a high energy class that focuses on strengthening the lower body for the first 30 minutes of the class and then moves to the core portion of the body for the last 30 minutes. This class uses a variety of different exercises and equipment to strengthen the specific muscles and it all happens in a fun non-threatening environment. Various options of exercises are shown so that participants can chose whatever level they feel comfortable with. Instructor: Jen Rudy

Learn To Run

Get back to the basics of running by starting slow and easy! We look at heart rate to guide you to where you need to be to get back in to shape and running style is broken down to improve running efficiency. Program starts with 4 minutes of walking and 1 minute of running with the goal of adding more running than walking in the end! The most important point is that it is slow and easy. Did we mention slow and easy! Instructor: Mike James

Spin and Core

The best of both worlds!! 30 minutes of great cardio with 30 minutes of core strengthening. Class starts off with a variety of spinning bike workouts that will get you sweating buckets and will challenge your biking skills. You have control of the tension and how hard you work. We move from exercise to exercise working the core in many different directions and you will be laughing while you do it. Having fun and core can go together!! Instructor: Mike James

Sunrise Cycle

This is a great way to start your day. 45 minutes of riding through the French country side with the occasional race up a hill to a café for a small break then full out back down the hill. If that sounds like fun then this is the class for you. You have full control of the tension on your bike so you get what you want out of the class. Instructor: Mike James
