Weight Room Orientation – FREE
Not familiar with our fitness centre or facility? No problem. Book an orientation with one of our fitness students and we will be happy to give you a personal tour through the building and provide all of the information you need to get you on track for a healthier you!

Basic Program Development – FREE
Whether you are looking for a strength training program or more cardio in your workout, let us help you! We offer all students and staff the free service of developing your personalized fitness program to help you pave your way to your fitness and lifestyle goals. You will meet with our trainers, outline your health and fitness goals, and receive a personalized strength training program designed specifically for you goals. Our trainers will run through your fitness program to ensure you understand how to perform the exercises properly and safely and then you are off on your own!
1 meeting - ½ hour
Intro to fitness 4 week package - $35
Not exactly sure what your fitness goals are? Or do you just want to try a little bit of everything? We can help you! This 4 week package can be specific to meet your goals, or can be a little more broad to give you a taste of everything from circuit training, free weights, swiss and bosu balls and resistance training. After 4 weeks, you will have the tools to comfortably work your way around the weightroom doing a program that you enjoy doing! This 4 week package will begin with a short meeting with the trainer – here they will assess your goals and will design a program to help you meet them. You will then have a second meeting, where one of our trainers will give you a brief weight room orientation and take you through your program to ensure that you can execute each exercise correctly. Fitness data will be taken at the start of your program and again at the end so that you are able to monitor your progress.
Initial consultation – ½ hour
First training session – 1 hour
Second training session – 1 hour
Final meeting – ½ hour
Personal Training 8 week package - $50
This is a program to help you with your fitness goals. We will make you a plan and help you feel comfortable and safe with your program. You will have 2 to 3 appointments at the beginning and then you will work out on your own with e-mail consultations through this time with any questions you might have. We will take some fitness data at the beginning as well to see where you are starting from and then we will take those same data at the end to see what changes have occurred with your 8 weeks. At the half way point we will change things up to give you more exercise so we can expand your exercise knowledge as well as keep you motivated. With any good work out plan we will talk nutrition and how we have to use our fuel to keep us healthy.

Program re-configuration – 1 hour
Third Training session – 1 hour

Personal Training 8 Week Buddy Package $75 (2 people)
Need some motivation? Bring a buddy and workout together! This package is the same as the Personal Training 8 week package, but two of you get to work together with your trainer to achieve your fitness goals. Buddies must be able to meet with the trainer at the same time. Individual sessions are not included.

1 Hour Personal Training Session $20
Want some one on one time with a trainer? This is your chance. Meet up with one of our certified trainers and book them for the hour. Whether it is for fitness advice, workout techniques or simply a workout buddy to motivate you for that hour, this package could be for you.
