Passport to Active Living

Participants can register their name and pick up their Health Passport and 1 Stamp at the front desk of the gym!

P.A.L. is a self-directed Health & Wellness Incentive Program offered to students and staff of Vancouver Island University. Individuals earn Stamps for being involved in Campus Rec activities by being physically active, eating nutritiously and making healthy lifestyle choices.

Individuals who participate in Campus Rec programs and events are awarded a certain number of stamps per activity they choose. Prizes are awarded based on the number stamps awarded. Stamps can be redeemed at the front desk of the Gym to receive Campus Rec prizes.

All events listed on this schedule starting January 11th are included in the P.A.L. Program.

Participants can register their name and pick up their Health Passport and 1 Stamp at the front desk of the gym!
