As this is the week to be kind to all, Campus Rec wants to bring you free, healthy food as our gift of kindness to you! Watch for Campus Rec staff handing out free fruit & granola bars all around campus!

Whole Wheat Pancake Breakfast

Forgot to eat breakfast? No problem! Join us for a whole wheat pancake breakfast and start your day out feeling great! Top those pancakes off with fruit and you are good to go for the day! We will flip pancakes until there is no more to flip!

Bring Your Own Mug!

Just when you thought free fruit, granola bars and pancakes were enough, we are bringing you free smoothies too! Does it get any better? Walk away with a healthy and delicious fruit smoothie, recipes and nutrition tips for a healthier you.

Campus Food Strategy/Nanaimo Food Share
Check out the Nanaimo Food Share and the Campus Food Strategy Group who are coming together to highlight the benefits of buying local, how you can take advantage of the good food box, what sustainable food means to you and more.
Another great way to add more fruits and vegetables to your day…and it’s made right here on Vancouver Island!  Can’t get any better than that!

Walk into Wellness Puzzle Finale!
Join us of a fun and interactive wellness walk around campus!  Complete 6 different Wellness stations along the walking route, collect a puzzle piece from each station, complete the puzzle at the end of the walk and enjoy some free food with your friends and colleagues. Come as an individual or come as a group. All are welcome!
Feel refreshed, rejuvenated and simply enjoy the active break! Oh…and enjoy the free snacks at the end too…just to top it off!
