Course cancellations

Refund cheques will be mailed to your home. Please allow 30 days.

Course withdrawals

• One week before activity starts: Contact gymnasium equipment office. Refunds are subject to a $5.25 administrative fee. All refunds are mailed to your home.
• Refunds are not available for withdrawals less than one week before the activity starts. Under exceptional circumstances a refund may be considered by the Activity Coordinator.

No refunds will be given on any gymnasium services.
