How to Apply

Step 1: Complete a PDF - Application Form Printable application form for Vancouver Island University.

Step 2: Gather any additional reports that may be required by Employment and Life Skills Training Program, including medical and assessment documentation and mail in or drop off with your application form.

Step 3: Call 250-740-6417 to book an intake interview.

Step 4: Bring your parent, teacher, counselor, or worker to the meeting to help answer questions.

Step 5: Wait for the Coordinator to send you a letter of acceptance and a 'Permission to Register' form. This will normally take two to three weeks or you will be told which month to expect a decision.

Step 6: Follow-up for assistance with tuition fees at the Financial Aid Office (Building 200).

Step 7: Take your 'Permission to Register' form to the Registration Center.
