Policies

Service Hours

7:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday

Bookings outside of these hours may be subject to service charges and are booked at the discretion of Campus Caterers.

Minimum Orders

Minimum orders for delivery and service are required as specified below

  • Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm $25.00 minimum order
  • Monday to Friday 7 pm to 10 pm $100.00 minimum order
  • Saturday, Sunday & Statutory Holidays $400.00 minimum order

Orders not reaching minimums will be charged the difference, and may incur additional staff charges.

Off Campus Orders

  • A $30.00 delivery charge will apply to all deliveries off campus.

Order Deadlines

  • Menu selection and confirmation of numbers must be finalized by 12 noon 48 business hours prior to the event start time. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business hours.)
  • If changes are made after this deadline, guests will incur additional charges.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 noon 48 business hours prior to the event start time. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business hours.)
  • Cancellations made less than 48 business hours prior to the event will be charged 50% of original quoted price, except for the following:
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will be charged 100% of original quoted price.
    Delivery Times
  • Catering staff try to set up 15 minutes prior to event start time.
  • Catering staff are not responsible for food and catering supplies after delivery. Please be sure that someone is in attendance at time of delivery.

Equipment

  • Campus Caterers provide all utensils, cutlery and dishes required for events.
  • Linens are available upon request at an additional charge.
  • Renters are responsible for theft, loss or damage to the catering equipment on loan.
  • Lost or misplaced items will result in additional charges.
  • Supply rentals may be required for larger functions and charges will apply as necessary.

Bartending Service

  • Bartender charges will be waived in the event bar sales exceed $250 per bartender.
  • In the event sales do not meet $250 per bartender, the difference will be charged.
