Counselling Services for Students
Counsellors offer professional and confidential support to currently registered VIU students for issues relating to personal, career and learning concerns. Talking with a counsellor can help clarify your situation, lead to new understandings, identify ways of coping and bring relief. Counselling services are free.

Where to Find us
The Counselling office is located in Building 200, which is the the Student Services Building. We are on the on the top, 3rd floor.
Booking Appointments
Counselling appointments are available for currently registered students. Call 250-740-6416 to book an appointment or feel free to stop by and schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.
Hours of Operation
The front office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
