Responsibilities
Simon is involved in the design and construction of algal, shellfish broodstock, and larval rearing labs at the CSR. Simon maintains all of the equipment and instruments associated with these labs. In addition, he is responsible for shellfish broodstock conditioning and spawning, larval and juveniles rearing, and unicellular algae culture.
Background
Simon has over 12 years of experience in laboratory research, management, and experimental and commercial production in marine biological institutes and commercial hatcheries.
