Our residences are situated in a village-like environment near the heart of Malaspina's Nanaimo campus, close to classrooms, cafeterias and recreational facilities. Access rooms are available for students with a disability.

The least expensive way to get affordable housing is to live at home!
Another affordable option is to get a roommate or two. Always make sure that you know and can trust these people with your belongings! It is up to you to make certain that you do not end up in trouble.
