The expanded list on the left links to support areas frequently used by students in the Faculty of Education, Vancouver Island University.

Moodle Login: login to Moodle; for requesting, creating, or logging into Education's Moodle course instances; for accessing FIELD EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR PRACTICUM TEMPLATES under "course" name "Field Experience Supervisor Practicum Templates & Resources".
  First time logins: Create a user id and password from the main Moodle page
     upper right ("Create new account"). Watch Flash training clip
    online. (Audio is required.) Before accessing Moodle, be sure your
    computer meets the system requirements here.Once you have a user id &
    password you can login at will.
  First time course/area access (when you don't have creator or instructor
    status): Login with your user id and password. Go to "Course Categories"
    in main panel, then "Education". Find list of courses
    ("Course categories: Education"). Select course/area and enroll. You will
    need an enrollment key (access code).  

Equipment Booking: policies & procedures for booking equipment from the Faculty of Education Educational Technology Office.

Curriki Support: link to support documents for creating Curriki accounts, joining Groups and uploading resources; Curriki is a free & open platform for sharing curriculum resources online, both here at VIU & around the world.

Tutorials & Help: links to general handouts, Powerpoints, and more related to workshops and/or tutorials delivered for the Faculty of Education, Vancouver Island University.

Course Sessions Archive: links to handouts, Powerpoints, and more related to Education course specific sessions delivered for the Faculty of Education, Vancouver Island University.

Workshop Request: email link to contact the Educational Technology Technician at the Faculty of Education to request a one-on-one or group workshop session on the topic of your choice.
