Field Experience Partnerships
The depth and range of our partnerships with high quality schools and their exceptional personnel is a cornerstone of our Education Programs. These partnerships allow us to offer a variety of enriching practica experiences through which students can grow and learn.
Thanks to Ron Sandland, our Field Experience Coordinator and Pam Hoy, our Field Experience Office secretary, the Faculty of Education has placed over 225 student teachers in dozens of local district and area schools this term. These placements would not be possible without the support and cooperation of district principals, classroom teachers and our supervisors.

These teachers are not only sponsors but mentors encouraging excellence in our pre-service teachers by providing support, counsel, expertise and the wisdom of their years in the field.
