SignPosts
SignPosts is a broadly consultative strategic planning process built on input from departments and Faculties. The three-year strategic planning process will inform program, facilities, and budget planning and will be incorporated into Vancouver Island University's strategic priorities.
The outcomes of the planning process will be:
- individual strategic plans for instructional and service departments;
- Faculty plans prepared by Deans;
- regional campus plans prepared by Principals;
- institutional three-year strategic priorities.
