** The homestay deposit fee of $700 is required in addition to the above total and it will be refunded at the completion of the program and only after outstanding payments have been reconciled. Example: phone bills, home stay damage, etc.
Upon application, we will prepare a Conditional Letter of Acceptance and an Invoice outlining how and when payment is required. Please make full payment by an electronic funds transfer. Once payment is received we will issue:
- Official Letter of Acceptance
- Official Custodianship Document
Details about completing an Electronic funds transfer will be provided with the Conditional Letter of Acceptance. Please be sure to indicate the student's name on the bank remittance document.

At least thirty days before the start of the first quarter:
Inform us of students' travel plans. Students should arrive 2 to 3 days before school opening to give them time to adjust to their new surroundings and their host family. Students will be met at the Nanaimo Airport (YCD) or one of two Nanaimo Ferry Terminals (Duke Point or Departure Bay).
