Apply for Camp
The following documentation should be submitted to our office as soon as possible.
- Fill out a
printable Application for Admission - Completed Student Profile
- Student Participation Agreement signed by a parent and the student http://www.viu.ca/highschool/documents/ParticipationAgreement.pdf
- Passport Photo Page (or Birth Certificate)
Online, or printable applications will be acknowledged, usually within 48 business hours of receipt.
Email or fax the printable application (if applicable), Participation Agreement, Student Profile and Passport Photo Page to highschool@viu.ca or Fax #250-740-6470. Upon acceptance of your application, a Conditional Letter of Acceptance and a detailed invoice will be provided by email.
On receipt of the Conditional Letter of Acceptance and Invoice, please make full payment by an electronic funds transfer (information for transfer will be provided on the invoice). Once payment is received we will issue:
- Official Letter of Acceptance
- Official Custodianship Document
