Canadian Society for the History of Medicine
The Canadian Society for the History of Medicine was founded in 1950 to promote and communicate research concerning the history of medicine, health care and related disciplines. The official organ of the Society is the Canadian Bulletin of Medical History/Bulletin canadien d'histoire de la médecine, a bilingual, peer-reviewed journal established in 1984. The Bulletin is published twice yearly by Wilfrid Laurier University Press and is edited by Dr. Cheryl Krasnick Warsh, Department of History, Vancouver Island University.

U.S. National Library of Medicine - History of Medicine
The National Library of Medicine [NLM] in Bethesda, Maryland houses one of the world's largest history of medicine collections. The NLM collection comprises "print and non-print materials that document the history of medicine, health, and disease in all time periods and cultures". The NLM web site includes over 100,000 historical images and anatomical illustrations, bibliographies of books and journals, online exhibitions, biographies of historical innovators in science, medicine and public health, and an online syllabus archive of post-secondary courses in the history of medicine.
