Tamagawa University

Vancouver Island University maintains a partnership with Tamagawa University in Tokyo, Japan. Our program liaises with Tamagawa's research farm located in Cedar, B.C. Each year, Tamagawa students have the opportunity to work with our students during their visit to Canada.

Horticulture International fieldtrip

VIU Horticulture students may have an opportunity to visit Tamagawa University in Tokyo, Japan, as part of their spring practicum. Students visit Tamagawa's horticultural facilities and tour various display gardens and points of interest.
