Recently the Hospitality students returned from a field school to exciting, Las Vegas!

"Field School Las Vegas (March 2007): The Hospitality Management students stayed four nights five days in Las Vegas touring some of the largest and most amazing casino hotels in Vegas and the world such as Wynn, Stratosphere, Planet Hollywood, Orleans, and Las Vegas International Convention Centre. This field trip allowed the students to examine the back of the house as well as the front of the house operations through organized tours in those hotels. During the trip, the students also had time for leisure activities such as shopping, touring Vegas, and going to shows."
