Video Services

We provide information and assistance on all aspects of VIU's video collection. As well, we locate and order video materials from other media collections, and help ensure that Public Performance licensing is available for all showings of film and video on campus.

Advance Booking Request Form

  • Booking requests must be submitted at least 1 business day ahead. Allow 3 business days if the item is coming from another campus, and 5 business days if from another institution. Booking requests are processed Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm only.
  • Items will usually be available for pickup at least one day before the Show Date requested. You will receive an email when the item is ready for pickup.
