Description
The PORT-O-CALL is located in Nanaimo on beautiful Vancouver Island.
There are 42 units including 8 large suites with seperate bedroom.
The building is 3 floors and has ample parking for all guests.
A Mexican Restaurant on premises serves Authentic Mexican food
which can be delivered to any room. There is an outdoor heated
pool. The site has undergone numerous renovations for all 42 rooms.
PORT-O-CALL INN is 5 to 7 minutes drive from Departure Bay Ferry
Terminal and 20 to 25 minutes drive from Duke Point Ferry Terminal.
The building is situated in corner of Townsite and Terminal Avenue,
or Old Island Hwy #19A. Rooms have mostly 1 or 2 Queens, there
are a few kitchen units having a fridge, microwave, and hotplate.
There is free in room coffee. For afternoon and evenings food
can be delivered to rooms by dialing ext. 68 from room which connects
to restaurant. Near PORT-O-CALL are shopping centres, golf courses,
movie theatres and hospital. Nanaimo also has a large artificial
reef. The two warships which make the artificial reef include
HMCS SASKATCHEWAN and HMCS CAPE BRETON. Nanaimo also offers bungy
jumping and numerous parks and trails. The PORT-O-CALL is also
walking distance to the harbour front. A new downtown CONFERENCE
CENTRE is scheduled to be built in coming year making Nanaimo
an excellent destination point.
