MBA Director Gives Talk at Chamber Luncheon

Brock Dykeman, MBA Program Director gave a talk at the April 13, 2011 Nanaimo Chamber luncheon on Doing Business with the BRIC countries. The talk emphasized the opportunities available and the risks inherent in doing business with Brazil, Russia, India, and China. These fast growing economies present opportunities for sourcing inputs, export of goods and services, and investment. Finding good local partners is key to operate in these countries and VIU MBA students and graduates who come from these countries can be valuable in this process.
