A
one-day classroom-based review of the Environmental Monitoring (EM) practice,
specifically designed for professionals who regulate and administrate and/or
perform other non-practicing roles for EM initiatives.

Objective:
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Define the Environmental Monitoring practice, it's purpose and practitioners
- Define mechanisms for incorporating EM into construction projects
- Define roles, responsibilities and authority of an Environmental Monitor in construction projects
- Identify and contrast roles of Environmental Monitors and other Environmental Specialists
- Identify the services offered by Environmental Monitors

No formal prerequisites exist.
