This list is compiled by the Student Union on a regular basis of people in Nanaimo (and area) who have residences for students and staff. The list can be queried by cost, style, and preference.
On Campus
VIU has several housing options on campus which is excellent for students new to Nanaimo, as well as those not wishing to drive to campus. On campus housing is located below Building 356 off of Fourth Street.
