If you are experiencing issues with your phone please contact your department TSR User. The information you should provide them includes:

your building and room number

local
-
mailbox number (if different than your local)

your cost centre

a detailed description of the problem
The following are occasions when you may need to contact your department TSR User.
- Ordering a new phone set for use on Nanaimo campus
- Repairs to telephone equipment
- Requests for used phone sets or parts
- Problems with the phone lines. For example:
- Dead lines
- Static
- Caller can't dial out
- Voicemail password resets
- New voicemail box
- New locals
- New employee or employee leaving
- Telephone moves
- Phone sets for campuses other than Nanaimo
- Changes to Call Display (max 22 characters)
- Long Distance Codes
- Changes to Phone trees
- Updates to cost centres for billing
- Changing from an analog to a digital phone line (or the reverse)
