CD / DVD Burning

CD burning is available from all stations in the Library Commons and in some campus computer labs. On all stations except the Media stations, follow the instructions for CD Burning in Windows XP. On the Media stations, you can use special CD Burning software (Nero) to burn CDs.

Windows XP is not as robust as Nero for CD burning. If you get an error burning files to CD using Windows XP, try logging on to a Media Station and using Nero to burn your CD.

DVD burning is available on the Macintosh computers in the Audio and Video Editing Suites, and on the Media Stations in the Library Commons (the Media Stations are Windows XP computers.) On the Media Stations, use Nero to burn and copy DVDs.
