Media Station #1 is equipped with a Nikon Super CoolScan 4000 slide and film scanner, and its accompanying software NikonScan 3.1. This scanner scans slides and negatives at very high resolutions. To scan film, you will need to first borrow the film scanning adapter from the Library Service Desk. If you want to work with your images after scanning them, the Imaging station has Adobe Photoshop installed for image editing.
You can also scan slides and film using the Epson Perfection 2480 flatbed scanners located with the Scanning stations and Media stations.
