SSER 250 (3) Community Development
A study of the theories and skills of community organization and community development. Topics include understanding a community; models of community organization and development; community leadership; interdisciplinary teamwork in the community context; practical tools, skills and strategies for community development. Credit will only be granted for one of HSER 250 or SSER 250. (0:3:0)
Prerequisite: Admission to Social Services Diploma program or permission of instructor.
