Parent's Orientation: Supporting Your VIU Student

Welcome to Vancouver Island University (VIU).

A family's experience is much different than that of a student's - it's an experience with its own questions, concerns and anticipations. VIU wants to ensure that parent/guardians have the information needed to support their student in making important academic and life choices. As families are an integral part of the VIU community, we've developed a special information session targeted specifically for you. This event will include a welcome and a Q & A panel of important resources for your student and you. You will get a feel for the educational community your student is learning in and walk away knowing that your student is happy, healthy and successful.

Recommended Parking: Lots E or C, via Main Entrance (Fifth St.) Parking in lots A, B, C, E, U, S will be Complimentary on August 30, 2012 for students and parents.
