Support VIU Students

Without our donors the lives of VIU students like Kyla Hanington and Aiyaz Asmin Nisha would be very different. We'd like to thank you for your support and let you know we're working on ways to make it easier for all of our donors to support VIU students. You can fill out the online Donor Gift Form, print and mail it to our office or you can donate online through Canada Helps. VIU's Advancement & Alumni Relations Office has Moved

We'd like to welcome you to our new offices, home of the VIU Foundation and VIU's Alumni Association. You'll find us next to the Campus Career Centre in Building 310, right across from the Welcome Centre in the main cafeteria (see the campus map for more details).

 

Fundraising

As the primary fundraising arm of the university, the office is responsible for supplementing government funds for capital projects and for generating contributions to assist students. The Advancement & Alumni Relations Office collaborates with other VIU units and coordinates all fundraising activities to generate maximum benefit for the university and its students.

Friend-raising

Through programs of engagement and partnership, the Alumni Association seeks to increase membership in the VIU Alumni Association and to enhance the university's relationship with its alumni and friends worldwide by personal networking, electronic and print communications, and special events.
