Application Deadline: Monday, November 16, 2009 - WORKSHOP: Creating a Research-Active Curriculum at VIU
Please join us for a workshop with Professor Emeritus Alan Jenkins to continue the discussion of “Creating a Research-Active Curriculum at VIU”. The workshop session will focus on ways to link research and teaching at an individual faculty member’s level – what you can do, how to get started, etc. During the session, you will have the opportunity to explore case studies of how others have successfully integrated undergraduate research and inquiry in year one level, in courses and disciplines, and in departments.
When: October 19, 2009, 9:30 – 11:30am
