Play a critical role in health care and work as a member of a team in a fast-paced
environment. This program provides the knowledge and appropriate training
in response to the increasing demand for trained sterile supply technicians
in BC. Graduates will be prepared to work in a variety of settings from acute
care hospitals to veterinary clinics.
Program Content:
Sterile Supply Technician: Theory (125 hours)
Sterile Supply Technician: Clinical Practicum (270 hours)
Course Delivery:
This program is offered on a full-time basis over 10½ weeks and typically runs during weekdays with some flexibility as required during the practicum.

The following are prerequisites for the Sterile Supply Technician program:
- Medical Terminology And Anatomy & Physiology (Feb thru Mar start dates)
- Medical Terminology And Anatomy & Physiology ( Apr thru Jul start dates)
