Steps for applying to Dual Credit programs
- Learn about Dual Credit at VIU and some of the Dual Credit Offerings
- Meet with your Career Centre Coordinator within your School District to talk about your Dual Credit options
- Confirm with your Career Centre Coordinator that your qualify for Dual Credit funding
- Work with your Career Centre Coordinator on the applicable Dual Credit application package
- Apply to VIU
- Await news of admission to VIU

Once your application is complete, and you have met the School District and VIU's admission criteria, you will apply to VIU with the help of your Career Centre Coordinator.
If you meet the course, program, or certificate admission requirements, you will receive an e-mail correspondence from VIU Admissions.
Remember your Career Centre Coordinator within your School District is your first point of contact to discuss Dual Credit at VIU.
