Emails from Registration@viu.ca or advising@viu.ca will always contain important and timely information for you. To ensure our emails are not identified as spam and filtered out of your inbox, please add our addresses to the list of contacts in your email program.
Starting this September 2026, VIU will communicate with you only through your MyVIU email while you are a student.
- Please respond to any communication from the university using your MyVIU email address.
- If your professors or other university staff receive emails from a personal email address, they will ask you to switch to your MyVIU email.
