- For the request to be approved, you must be a currently enrolled VIU student and have all the admission requirements completed for the new program
- If approved, the transfer will be effective for the start of the next semester
- Requests must be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the start of desired semester
- You will be considered a continuing student
- The application fee for a program transfer will be waived
- You will receive a course registration date and time as a continuing student
- You will not be required to pay a tuition deposit
